Abstract
The present invention provides: an aqueous resin coating composition which exhibits excellent dispersion stability of metal oxide particles and has a high solid content; a heat ray shielding film using the same; and production methods thereof. The aqueous resin coating composition contains a wet ground product of (A) a urethane resin emulsion and (B) metal oxide particles of at least one selected from the group consisting of antimony-doped tin oxide, antimony-doped zinc oxide, gallium-doped zinc oxide and tin-doped indium oxide, and the wet ground product has an average particle size of 70 nm or smaller.
