Abstract

Disclosed are an indoor wall air conditioner unit (10) and a wall-arranged air conditioner. The indoor wall air conditioner unit (10) includes a chassis (11), a heat exchanger (12), and an air outlet frame (13). The chassis (11) has an upper and a lower end in a width direction of the chassis (11) and two baffle plates (11b) are defined extending vertically and facing each other. Each of the two baffle plates (11b) has an inner surface defining a first sliding groove (110a) of one of the two baffle plates (11b) having a bottom that faces the other one of the two baffle plates (11b) and a part of the bottom is recessed to define a second sliding groove (110b). The heat exchanger (12) is arranged on the chassis (11). The chassis (11), the two baffle plates (11b), and the heat exchanger (13) collectively enclose an air cavity with an opening downward. The air outlet frame (13) is provided for mounting a cross flow fan (15).
