Abstract

The present invention relates to sap gathering device (1000) and sap gathering system to realize automated gathering of sap from a tree (in particular, rubber tree). The sap gathering device (1000) includes a first position adjustment unit (200) installed on a first axis parallel to a longitudinal direction of a tree to linearly move a first moving member (310), a second position adjustment unit (400) coupled to the first moving member (310) on a second axis inclined with respect to the first axis to linearly move a second moving member (320), a cutting unit (600) coupled to the second moving member to incise an outer layer of the tree to a predetermined depth while rotating about an axle thereof, and a power supply unit (700) installed to the tree above the first position adjustment unit (200) and including a solar cell module (710) to generate electric power using sunlight to supply the power to the first and second position adjustment units (200, 400) and the cutting unit (600).
