Abstract

An absorbent article capable of preventing misalignment during attachment to undergarment is provided. The absorbent article includes a pair of wing adhesive layers (63) each provided on a surface of a pair of wings (3) facing the undergarment, a pair of hip flap adhesive layers (64) each provided on a surface of a pair of hip flaps (4) facing the undergarment, a wing release sheet (73) covering the pair of wing adhesive layers in a state where the pair of wings are folded toward the skin surface side, and a hip flap release sheet (74) covering the pair of hip flap adhesive layers in a state where the pair of hip flaps are folded toward the skin surface side. The hip flap release sheet is separated from the wing release sheet in the front-back direction. The absorbent article is positioned at the center CL of the absorbent article in the width direction and has a distinguishing portion (80) extending in the front-back direction. At least a part of the distinguishing portion extends forward beyond the front end of the hip flap release sheet.
