Abstract
The invention relates to a vacuum insulation body (1) having an envelope (2) that defines a vacuum zone, wherein a thermoelectric element, in particular a Peltier element (3), is arranged within the vacuum zone to generate a temperature difference between two zones provided at the outside of the envelope. (Fig. 1)
