Abstract
[Problem to be Solved] An object of the present invention is to provide a formulation technique for preventing the precipitation of diclofenac and/or a salt thereof to provide excellent stability, even when diclofenac and/or a salt thereof and lactic acid and/or a salt thereof are present together. [Solution] The use of menthol in combination with diclofenac and/or a salt thereof and 0.1 wt% or more of lactic acid and/or a salt thereof can prevent the precipitation of diclofenac and/or a salt thereof to provide excellent stability.
