Abstract

In a reacting furnace (3), a gas is supplied from a gas supply section (25) provided on a bottom wall surface and a flowing state of a fluid material is formed, and the reacting furnace (3) includes a protection material (29) which is provided on a lower portion of the reacting furnace (3) and protects a reacting furnace wall surface, and a protrusion section (31, 32) which protrudes toward an inside of the reacting furnace (3) from the reacting furnace wall surface in which the protection material (29) is provided, in which an upper end surface (31a, 32a) of the protrusion section (31, 32) extends in a horizontal direction.
