Abstract
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: The present invention provides a binder composition that suppresses the decline in workability even at low temperatures. MEANS TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM: Less than 73.0 wt% of a solvent-extracted oil, 27.0 wt% or more of a lubricant base oil, and bitumen are included, and a relationship between a bitumen content Y and a lubricant base oil content X fulfills 1.25 x X - 32 ?Y ?1.25 x X - 25.375 and Y ?-13.3 x X + 437.06, and a complex modulus at 0.1 rad/sec at 0?C, is 10.0 Pa or less.
