Abstract
A cement admixture containing a calcium aluminate having a chemical composition containing from 21 to 27 parts by mass of CaO, from 65 to 73 parts by mass of AI2O3, from 1 to 5 parts by mass of SiO2, from 1 to 6 parts by mass of Fe2O3, and from 1 to 5 parts by mass of TiO2, based on the total amount of CaO, Al2O3, SiO2, Fe2O3, and TiO2, and having a Blaine specific surface area of 2,000 to 6,000 cm2/g.
