Abstract

The present invention relates to a thermoplastic former holder with a quick-release mechanism for use in latex glove dipping process. More particularly, the present invention relates to a method of attaching the former and the holder with enhancing efficiency and performance of latex glove dipping process. One of the advantages of the present invention is that the thermoplastic former holder is light weight with reduction of energy cost and production cost. Furthermore, the thermoplastic former holder of the present invention is recyclable where any waste or broken parts and parts of former can be recycled and reused in same application contributes to green environment and less carbon footprint. The most illustrative drawing is Figure 9.
