Abstract
The latex foam sheet for coating on a substrate and the manufacturing method thereof comprising: mixing natural latex 60% with foaming agent which is a compound of sodium alkyl sulpho succinamate 37% and sodium lauryl sulphate 100%, anti-calcium ion which is sodium tetrapyro phosphate 100%, thickening agent which is sodium acrylate 18%, vulcanizing agent which is sulphur 50%, accelerator which is a mixture of zinc-2-mercaptobenzo thiazole and zinc dimethyldithiocarbamate 50%, antioxidant which is 2,2-methylene-bis-(6-(alpha methyl cyclohexyl)-p-cresol 50%, and activator which is zinc oxide 50%; continuously stirring and frothing the latex compound; and then, coating on the substrate; spreading out in a preferable thickness; baking in the hot air oven before measuring and cutting in a preferable size.
