Abstract

A vehicular instrument panel reinforcing structure includes an instrument panel reinforcement (12) provided to be elongated in a vehicle width direction; an upper instrument panel (10) provided to cover an upper surface of the instrument panel reinforcement (12); a reinforcing member (14) provided on a back surface (60) of the upper instrument panel (10), having a part extending toward the instrument panel reinforcement (12), and having a first fastening member (18A, 18B) fixed to the part of the reinforcing member; an attachment member (16) provided on the instrument panel reinforcement (12), having a part extending toward the reinforcing member (14), and having a second fastening member (20A, 20B) fixed to the part of the attachment member. The first fastening member (18A, 18B) and the second fastening member (20A, 20B) are configured to be detachable by biasing in one axial direction.
