Abstract

The present invention relates to a variable cassette (100) in which a distance is changeable according to a size of a substrate accommodated therein, and according to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a variable cassette (100) including a substrate loading part (110) including a pair of side plates (112) having slits into which a substrate is inserted on side surfaces facing each other, supporting parts including a pair of supporting plates (122), which support the pair of side plates (112) at both end portions of the pair of side plates (112) in an extension direction of the pair of side plates (112) and in which slits (116) penetrated to have a longitudinal direction in a width direction between the pair of side plates (112) are formed at positions, at which the substrate loading part (110) is in contact with the pair of supporting plates (122), and variable fixing parts (130) which fix the side plates (112) to the supporting plates (122) so as to adjust a distance between the pair of side plates (112) in the width direction, wherein the variable fixing part (130) includes a position block (132) which moves along the slit (116) formed in the supporting plate (122) and in which a coupling hole (134) communicating with the slit (116) is formed to pass through the position block (132) and a bolt which passes through the coupling hole (134) of the position block (132) and the slit and is coupled to the substrate loading part (110) to fixedly press the position block (132) against the supporting plate (122) so that the side plate (112) is fixed to the supporting plate (122).
