Abstract
[Problem] There is provided a method for evaluating a sample for reclaimed bitumen evaluation that ensures forming a reclaimed asphalt pavement mixture having a quality equal to or more than a quality of a new bitumen mixture and a method for manufacturing a reclaimed asphalt pavement mixture. [Solution] An old bitumen (12) included in reclaimed aggregates (1) and a rejuvenator (21) for pavement reclaim are mixed to form a sample for reclaimed bitumen evaluation, a content of a sludge included in the sample for reclaimed bitumen evaluation is measured, and a quality of a combination of the old bitumen (12) and the rejuvenator (21) is evaluated based on a result of the measurement. (Fig. 1)
