Abstract
An inner diameter measurement apparatus (1) includes four laser displacement sensors (33a to 33d) held on a base plate member (34) such that the laser displacement sensors (33a to 33d) located on a first reference line (L1) radiate laser light toward first regions of an inner wall surface (201) of an opening portion (202), and the laser displacement sensors (33a to 33d) on a second reference line (L2) perpendicularly intersecting the first reference line (L1) radiate laser light toward second regions of an inner wall surface (201) of the opening portion (202); an arm member (40) holding the base plate member (34) at its first end (41) and extending in a direction intersecting the base plate member (34); a moving and positioning unit (50) holding a second end (42) of the arm member (40) and moving the arm member (40) in its longitudinal direction; and a data processing section for calculating the inner diameter (d) of the opening portion (202) from a first distance (Xa) between the first regions and a second distance (Xb) between the second regions. (Fig. 1)
