Abstract
Present invention relates to an elastomeric article prepared from a base polymer dispersion comprising a donning agent and the method producing thereof. The donning agent formulation comprises a filler, an anti-tack agent, a slip agent, a dispersing agent and a thickening agent. The elastomeric article is made from natural rubber (NR) or acrylonitrile butadiene rubber (NBR). The elastomeric article made from NR comprising (i) filler in an amount ranging between 50.0 phr to 200.0 phr (ii) anti-tack agent in an amount ranging between 8.0 phr to 30.0 phr (iii) slip agent in an amount ranging between 0.3 phr to 6.0 phr (iv) dispersing agent in an amount ranging between 2.0 phr to 12.0 phr and (v) thickening agent in an amount ranging between 1.0 phr to 6.0 phr. The elastomeric article made from NBR comprising (i) filler in an amount ranging between 5.0 phr to 70.0 phr (ii) anti-tack agent in an amount ranging between 8.0 phr to 30.0 phr (iii) slip agent in an amount ranging between 0.3 phr to 6.0 phr (iv) dispersing agent in an amount ranging between 2.0 phr to 10.0 phr and (v) thickening agent in an amount ranging between 0.5 phr to 4.0 phr.
