Abstract

Provided are a dispersant composition for hydraulic compositions with which a hydraulic composition excellent in initial fluidity is obtained, as well as a hydraulic composition excellent in initial fluidity, and methods for producing the same. A dispersant composition for hydraulic compositions containing: (A) a polymer with a weight average molecular weight of 1,000 or more and 1,000,000 or less including a monomer unit having a group selected from a carboxylic acid group and a phosphoric acid group and a monomer unit having a polyalkyleneoxy group (provided that the following component (B) is excluded); and (B) a polymer including a monomer unit having a polyalkyleneoxy group whose average number of added moles of the alkyleneoxy group is 5 or more and 300 or less and an aromatic ring.
