Abstract
The present invention relates to a process for extraction of crude palm oil from palm fruitlets comprising admixing a substrate comprising palm oil with an enzyme composition comprising a polypeptide, which has phospholipase C activity. The invention also relates to a crude palm oil, which is obtainable by the process according to the invention. FIG.1
