An attachment structure of a curtain shield airbag (40) includes: a bracket (50) that is located on an upper end of a vehicle, fixed to a roof side rail (12) extending in a vehicle longitudinal direction, and provided with an opening penetrating in a vehicle width direction, a curtain shield airbag that is attached to the bracket, and deploys in a vehicle lower direction pushing and opening a roof head lining (21) disposed on an inner side of the vehicle than the roof side rail at a time of vehicle collision, an air conditioner (31) that is disposed above the roof head lining, and has a drain port (316) that discharges condensed water, a socket (36) that includes an inlet (361) located below the drain port, and supported by the opening, and a ceiling drain pipe (34) that includes a first end connected to the drain port and a second end detachably connected to the inlet, and passes between the roof head lining and the curtain shield airbag in a vehicle vertical direction, wherein the bracket is provided with a pair of guide parts (52) that is located on both sides of the opening in the vehicle longitudinal direction and projects toward an inside of the vehicle along the ceiling drain pipe.
