Abstract

Provided is an air purifier with which the air in a large room can be purified, while minimizing the increase in size. Provided is an air purifier (1) equipped with a chassis (2) installed on a floor surface, an intake duct (4) that opens onto a peripheral surface in the bottom part of the chassis (2), air ducts (51, 52) that respectively open at both sides of the top part of the chassis (2), a blast passage (7) having a branched passage (71) that is disposed extending vertically at one side part of the chassis (2) and connects the intake duct (4) and the air duct (51), and a branched passage (72) that is disposed extending vertically at the other side part of the chassis (2) and connects the intake duct (4) and the air duct (52), and a dust collection part arranged in the blast passage (7), for collecting dust in the air.
