Abstract

The present invention relates to an immobilized ARM Lipase in gelatinized sago. The ARM lipase is lipase that is isolated from Geobacillus sp. strain ARM. The present invention also relates to a method of preparation of immobilized ARM lipase in gelatinized sago. Advantageously, the immobilized ARM lipase is stable at high temperature. Advantageously, the immobilized ARM lipase has longer shelf life compared to its free form. Figure 4
