Abstract
Provided is a solid-free high-density completion fluid including water, calcium bromide, zinc chloride and an imidazoline additive. A mass ratio of the water, the calcium bromide, the zinc chloride and the imidazoline additive is 10:(22 to 24):(21 to 22):(0.1325 to 0.14). In the present application, calcium bromide and zinc chloride are compounded, and imidazoline additive is added to prepare a thermal-resistant, high-density solid-free completion fluid with density higher than that obtained when calcium bromide and zinc chloride are dissolved in water separately to reach saturation, so that the density of the completion fluid is (2.002-2.037) g/cm, the fluidity of the solution is good, the apparent viscosity is = 19.50 mPa.s, the corrosion rate to 13Cr coupon at 200 C and normal pressure is = 0.0333 mm/a, the anti-swelling rate of clay is = 87.0%, the solution is transparent and colorless and has the turbidity of = 28.5 NTU, which provides powerful scientific and technological support for the completion and workover of ultra-deep and high-temperature oil and gas wells.
