Abstract
To provide a liquid skin cleanser composition including: (A) from 10% by mass to 32% by mass of higher fatty acid salts; (B) from 0.2% by mass to 0.4% by mass of a cationic polymer; (C) from 0.05% by mass to 0.7% by mass of at least one selected from the group consisting of a higher alcohol having 12 to 22 carbon atoms, a jojoba oil, an olive oil, a monohydric alcohol fatty acid ester, and a hydrocarbon; (D) from 0.2% by mass to 1% by mass of polyethylene glycol dimethicone where an HLB is from 8 to 13 and an average number of moles of polyethylene glycol added is from 9 to 17; and (E) from 8% by mass to 20% by mass of polyhydric alcohol.
