Abstract

A chlorination solution comprises scrubber waste solution and chlorine water, wherein the scrubber waste solution is used in an amount ranging between 1% by volume to 100% by volume and wherein the chlorine water is used in an amount ranging between 0% by volume to 99% by volume. Further, the present invention uses chlorination solution as described above in a chlorination process for surface treatment to yield a powder free glove.
