Abstract
Disclosed are a network security protection method and system using a PON to bear small base station backhaul, relating to the field of passive optical networks. The method comprises the following steps: planning a section of a VLAN address pool in a PON system, wherein the VLAN address pool is exclusively used for a small base station backhaul network of a user, and does not overlap with a VLAN of the other services; designating a port number of an ONU bearing a small base station backhaul service, wherein the designated ONU port is exclusively used for bearing small base station backhaul; the PON system dynamically designating a VLAN number of the small base station backhaul service periodically, and dynamically issuing the VLAN configuration to a corresponding ONU port; and the ONU, after receiving the VLAN configuration, dynamically generating a corresponding configuration, so as to achieve the communication of the small base station backhaul service. The invention can achieve the isolation between different services in a PON system. (Figure 2)
