Abstract

The juice extracting method is a juice extracting method for cellulosic biomass (XI) of applying a predetermined preprocess to crushed cellulosic biomass and then of applying a juice-extracting process thereto, wherein the preprocess includes an immersion and stirring process of immersing the cellulosic biomass in dilution water and of stirring the cellulosic biomass using fluid. (Figure 1)
