Abstract

A vehicle structure (A) includes a first vehicle member (1) in which a reference hole for positioning is provided, and a second vehicle member (2) having a plate portion (23) overlaid on one side of the first vehicle member (1) so as to cover the reference hole. The vehicle structure (A) further includes a beaded portion (20) provided to the plate portion (23) so as to bulge away from the first vehicle member (1) and having, on an inner side of the beaded portion (20), a recessed portion facing and communicating with the reference hole. One end portion (20a) of the beaded portion (20) is provided at an end edge portion (23b) of the plate portion (23) such that the recessed portion has an opening that opens toward an outer side of the end edge portion (23b) at a position adjacent to the end edge portion (23b).
