Abstract
Provided is a conductive paste having high dry film surface smoothness and high dry film density, having excellent conductive powder dispersibility, having high adhesiveness when a laminate is formed, having extremely small viscosity changes with the lapse of time, and having more excellent viscosity stability. A conductive paste contains conductive powder, ceramic powder, a dispersant, a binder resin, and an organic solvent. The dispersant contains an amino acidic dispersant indicated by General Formula (1) described in the specification and an amine-based dispersant indicated by General Formula (2) described in the specification. The blending ratio between the amino acidic dispersant and the amine-based dispersant (the amino acidic dispersant/the amine-based dispersant) is in a range of 1/4 or more and 1/2 or less in terms of mass ratio. The total content of the amino acidic dispersant and the amine-based dispersant is 0.7% by mass or more and 1.2% by mass or less relative to the entire conductive paste.
