The present invention relates to a system for drying agricultural produce and marine products, but not limited thereto. More particularly, the system provides enhanced drying through heated air in a chaotic air flow manner. In the preferred embodiment, the solar drying system comprises a drying chamber (101) configured with an inlet (102), an outlet (103), an entrance (104) and at least two adjoining compartments (105, 106), each of the compartments (105, 106) being equipped with an air vent (V) and a suction fan (F) so as to provide chaotic air flow therewithin; and a solar air collector (201) connected to the air inlet (102) so as to generate heated air upon being drawn into the chamber (105, 106).
