Abstract
A radiation inspection system (100) and method. Here, a radiation imaging apparatus (110) in the radiation inspection system (100) can scan the object to be detected column by column to obtain a plurality of column scanned images of an object to be detected. A visible light imaging apparatus (120) is used to optically image the object to be detected during radiation inspection to obtain a plurality of optical images of the object to be detected. An image matching processor (130) establishes a correspondence between the column scanned images and the optical images corresponding to the same object to be detected based on a predetermined matching rule. In this way, when a radiation image is displayed, an optical image corresponding thereto can be synchronously displayed, so that a security person can quickly determine the object to be detected corresponding to the radiation image.
