Abstract

The present invention discloses a method (100) of producing a single- layer graphene via chemical vapor deposition, characterized by the steps of placing a substrate in a heating chamber with the substrate at a tilting angle of 8 to 25 and supplying carrier gases to the tilted substrate under an atmospheric pressure for graphene deposition.
