Modified-release fertilizers are provided. The modified-released fertilizers are modified to release their compositions in pre-determined rates, to match the absorption rates of targeted plants. The modified-released fertilizers are a homogenous mixture comprising an NPK fertilizer, a sulfate granule, and a powder of at least one phosphate-solubilizing microorganism (PSM).
