Abstract
Disclosed are a direct cooling cooler and an electric motor containing the direct cooling cooler. The direct cooling cooler comprises a cooling cavity (101) with an air inlet (102) and an exhaust port (103), and the cooling cavity (101) comprises a main air inlet channel, an auxiliary air inlet channel and an exhaust channel. Cold air flowing inwards from the air inlet (102) is divided into two parts, wherein one path of the cold air flows into the main air inlet channel, then directly flows into an electric motor cavity (01) from a first air inlet of the electric motor cavity (01), and exchanges heat with hot air in the electric motor cavity (01); the other path of the cold air directly flows into the electric motor cavity (01) from a second air inlet of the electric motor cavity (01) after flowing into the auxiliary air inlet channel, and exchanges heat with hot air in the electric motor cavity (01); and after heat exchange, hot air generated after heat exchange in the electric motor cavity (01) is exhausted to the exhaust channel by means of an air outlet provided in the middle of the electric motor cavity (01), and the hot air in the exhaust channel is then exhausted by means of the exhaust port (103), and thus heat exchange is achieved. By means of the structure, the cold air can be divided into two paths to directly and constantly exchange heat with the electric motor cavity (01), such that the heat exchange temperature difference of the electric motor cavity (01) is increased, and the heat exchange efficiency is relatively high.
