Abstract
The present invention concerns a process for extraction or separation of crude palm oil (CPO), comprising the steps of: contacting a substrate comprising palm oil with an enzyme composition comprising a GH10 xylanase and extracting 5 or separating the crude palm oil. [Fig. 1]
