Abstract

A composite material based motorcycle helmet comprising of outer shell (100) having at least three layers for absorbing additional energy during impact on a user; inner shell (108) having at least three layers; a stitching woven kenaf fabric component having a stitching woven kenaf fabric reinforced thermoplastic (103) installed within outer shell (100) of the helmet; plurality of holes (102, 104) present on the sides of outer shell of the helmet. The panel apparatus in the helmet, consists of a stitching woven kenaf fabric reinforced thermoplastic (103) installed in the panel; at least one anti-slip mat (101) to absorb energy and to comfort user wearer; and a thickness component of the panel.
