Abstract

The invention relates to a line guide device (1) comprising an envelope (10) for supply lines (3) and an articulated support chain (20). According to the invention, one chain link (100; 200) has an inside projection (105; 205) in a first longitudinal portion (101; 201) and an inside cross-bridge (106; 206) with an extended stop face (110B) and a recess adjoining the cross-bridge (107; 207) in a second longitudinal portion (102; 202). In the extended position, the projection (105; 205) of one chain link engages in the recess (107; 207) of the following chain link (100; 200) and on the cross-bridge (106; 206) thereof. The invention further relates to a support chain, in which each chain link (100; 200) has, in its second longitudinal portion (102; 202), an outside cross-connection (109; 209) which in the arcuate position interacts with an outside arc stop face (114A, 214A) of the first longitudinal portion (101; 201) and has an inside cross-connection (106; 206) which in the extended position interacts with an inside extended stop face (110A, 210A) of the first longitudinal portion.
