The present invention relates to a non-coated ionic granular fertiliser comprises of macronutrients including nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium and micronutrients compositions, characterised in that, said macronutrients composition further comprises of: nitrogen consisting from nitrate and ammoniacal in the range of 10-15 wt.%; phosphorus in the range of 3-7 wt.%; and potassium in the range of 30-40 wt.%; said micronutrients composition further comprises of: magnesium in the range of 1-5 wt.%; boron in the range of 0.1-0.5 wt.%; sulphur in the range of 2-6 wt.%; and trace element in the range of 0.05-0.08 wt.%; wherein said macronutrients and micronutrients compositions are in ionic form readily available for uptake by the root of the plant.
