Abstract
The present invention belongs to the field of metallurgical heating furnaces, and relates to a pulse heating furnace system and control method. The pulse heating furnace system comprises a heating furnace (3), an air main pipe (1) and a fuel gas main pipe (2). The heating furnace (3) is internally provided with at least one furnace temperature control region, each furnace temperature control region including pulse burners (6) and a furnace temperature detection device (7). The air main pipe (1) is in communication with a pulse burner (6) by an air branch pipe (4). The fuel gas main pipe (2) is in communication with a pulse burner (6) by a fuel gas branch pipe (5). By means of the control method, an air capacity of each pulse burner (6) is adjusted based on a pressure of the air main pipe (1), a fuel gas capacity of each pulse burner (6) is adjusted based on a pressure of the fuel gas main pipe (2), and total fuel gas amount and total air amount are controlled. The present invention provides system configuration and key process parameter setting of a pulse heating furnace, and proposes a control method for a pulse combustion system, which can effectively solve the problems of difficult control of an air-fuel ratio of a current pulse heating furnace and large system pressure fluctuation of and fully exert advantages of the pulse heating furnace.
