Claims (4)
1. Een koude kathode fluorescentie lamp (CCFL) voor verlichting, omvattende koude kathode elektroden aangebracht aan beide uiteinden van een glazen buis, een 5 fluorescentie laag die op een inwendig oppervlak van de glazen buis is aangebracht, waarbij elk van de koude kathode elektroden omvat: een basismetaal verbonden met uiteinden van aansluitdraden voor verbinding met een stroombron; een spiraalvormige spiraaldraad gevormd door spiraalvormig wikkelen van een wolfraam 10 of wolfraam-legering draad rond een bekervorm, waarbij de spiraalvormige spiraaldraad verbonden is met het basismetaal op een zodanige wijze dat de spiraalvormige spiraaldraad in een lengte richting van de glazen buis is geplaatst; en een met emittermateriaal-gecoate spoel welke opgenomen is in de spiraalvormige spiraaldraad en die bedekt is met een emittermateriaal voor het induceren van emissie van 15 elektronen.
2. De CCFL volgens conclusie 1, waarbij de aansluitdraden die zijn verbonden met het basismetaal twee in aantal zijn en op het basismetaal elektrisch ontkoppeld zijn van elkaar. 20
3. De CCFL volgens conclusie 1, waarbij beide uiteinden van de spiraalvormige spiraaldraad zich uitstrekken in de richting van het basismetaal op een zodanige wijze dat een einde van beide uiteinden van de spiraalvormige spiraaldraad zich uitstrekt van een bovenzijde van de spiraalvormige spiraaldraad in de richting van het 25 basismetaal door de spiraalvormige spiraaldraad, waarbij de met emittermateriaal-gecoate spoel is gepositioneerd rondom het einde van de spiraalvormige spiraaldraad.
4. De CCFL volgens conclusie 1, waarbij de met emittermateriaal-gecoate spoel gevormd is door het wikkelen van een dunne wolfraam draad die dunner is dan de 30 spiraalvormige spiraaldraad tot een dunne spoel, het wikkelen van de dunne spoel in een spiraalvorm, en het coaten van de dunne spoel met ten minste een emittermateriaal geselecteerd uit cesiumoxide, bariumoxide, strontium -calciumoxide, yttriumoxide, en magnesiumoxide.
