Description

Liquid Crystal informatie en reklame Display.
De uitvinding heeft betrekking op een display-systeem, met als doel het weergeven van informatie- en reklameboodschappen op een kleuren Liquid Crystal Display, in winkels en openbare gelegenheden.
Gebleken is, dat er geen real-time systemen zijn, voor bovengenoemde toepassing, met een dergelijke geringe inbouw-diepte, een hoog oplossend vermogen, een gering energieverbruik en een scala van kleuren.
Het Liquid Crystal Display is er in twee kwaliteiten nl.
1. Passief, doublé scan, STN Liquid Crystal.
2. Actief, TFT Liquid Crystal.
De afmetingen van de Liquid Crystal Displays geschikt voor boven-genoemde doeleinden begint bij een diagonale afmeting van 4 inch.
De besturing van de informatie- en reklamedisplays gescheidt door middel van, speciaal op de Liquid Crystal Displays afgestemde, VGA of SVGA kaarten gekombineerd met standaard verkrijgbare computeronderdelen.
Invoer van de (reklame-)mededelingen geschiedt door middel van (verwijderbare) harddisk, floppy disk drive, Ram modules, CD-ROM, modem, data-netwerken, RS-232 of parallel computer— invoer, videorecorders en videocamera’s.
Het systeem is een vrijstaande behuizing, voorzien van bovengenoemde apparatuur, al dan niet gekombineerd met andere apparatuur.
De apparatuur wijkt ten opzichte van andere, real-time, informatie- en reklamesystemen af door zijn compacte bouwwijze van maximaal 16mm., zijn geringe energieverbruik, en zijn veelheid aan kleuren.
De bijgaande foto is een voorbeeld van, op welke wijze het Liquid Crystal Display gebruikt kan worden.
Door het display voor een afrekeneenheid te plaatsen wordt de consument c.q. bezoeker gedwongen de informatie in zich op te nemen. Het Liquid Crystal Display doet dit beter dan elk ander produkt momenteel op de markt.

Claims (1)

  1. Reklame- en informatiedisplay, voorzien van een kleuren Liquid Crystal Display, met de kenmerken van geringe inbouwdiepte, maximaal 16 millimeter, een gering energiegebruik, een veelheid aan kleuren, een hoog oplossend vermogen en met een hoge attentiewaarde.
