Description

Fremgangsmåte til felles sentrering og forbindelse av to aksialt sammenstøtende dobbeltrørelementer som hvert består av et indre og et ytre rør.
Foreliggende oppfinnelse vedrører en
fremgangsmåte til felles sentrering og forbindelse av to aksialt sammenstøtende dob-beltrørelementer som består av et indre og
et ytre rør. For ledningssystemer som er
bestemt til å lede gassformige medier eller
væsker, anvendes ofte dobbeltveggede ledninger for utnyttelse av det mellomliggende
luftsjikt som isolasjon. For å oppnå en
likeartet og effektiv isolasjon er det øn-skelig å fiksere avstanden mellom de to rør-vegger, likesom ved avskjermningen å hin-dre luftsirkulasjon i ledningenes lengderet-ning. Foreliggende oppfinnelse tar sikte på
med enkle midler å løse disse oppgåver og
samtidig tilveiebringe en effektiv sammenkopling.
Fremgangsmåten ifølge oppfinnelsen
forutsetter anvendelse av en utenpå det
indre rør skjøvet muffe som har ringf lenser
i endene hvilke tjener som avstandsholdere
mellom de koaksiale rør, og oppfinnelsen
utmerker seg ved at den muffe som er skjø-vet over de ender av det indre rør, som vender mot hinannen, består av elastisk materiale, og at de tilsvarende ender av de ytre
rør er skjøvet over muffens ringf lenser, og
at fugen mellom de ytre rørs ender er dekket av en klemhylse som holdes sammen
av spennskruer eller lignende.
Oppfinnelsen skal nærmere forklares i
tilslutning til tegningen, hvor fig. 1 viser to
konsentriske rørledninger under den på-gående sammenkopling og fig. 2 rørelemen-tene etter sammenkopling.
På tegningen betegner lb og 4b de
sammenstøtende ender av to indre 1 og 4.
En muffe 5 av elastisk materiale, fortrinns-vis gummi eller lignende med lav varme-ledningsevne og forsynt med to endeflen-ser 6, er på fig. 1 vist forskjøvet over de nevnte rørender lb og 4b. På tilsvarende måte betegner Va og 4'a endene på de ytre rør 1' og 4'. Et eksempel på en utførelse av en klemhylse er betegnet med 2. Den har spennskruer 3 (fig. 1) eller lignende som etter hylsens anbringelse trekkes til for å holde rørelementene sammen, se fig. 2.
Muffens flenser utføres med en noe større ytterdiameter enn ytterrørenes in-nerdiameter. Derved oppnåes en dobbelt tetning mellom mediet i den indre rørled-ning og den atmosfære som omgir lednings-systemet, uten anvendelse av særskilt tet-ningsmateriale. Dette er en stor fordel som følge av at ledningene ofte må anordnes i trange passasjer, hvor en anbringelse av ytre tetninger og eventuelle justeringer av disse vanskelig lar seg utfare.
Rørene har i det viste tilfelle sirkulært tverrsnitt, men oppfinnelsen er selvsagt ikke begrenset til skjøtning av ledninger med den viste rørform.

Claims (1)

  1. Fremgangsmåte til felles sentrering og
    forbindelse av to aksialt sammenstøtende dobbeltrørelementer som hvert består av et indre og et ytre rør, ved anvendelse av en utenpå det indre rør skjøvet muffe som har ringf lenser i endene, hvilke tjener som avstandsholdere mellom de koaksiale rør, karakterisert ved at den muffe (5) som er
    skjøvet over de ender (lb, 4b) av de indre rør (1, 4), som vender mot hinannen, består av elastisk materiale, og at de tilsvarende ender (l'a, 4'a) av de ytre rør (1', 4') er skjøvet over muffens ringflenser (6), og at fugen mellom de ytre rørs ender er
    dekket av en klemhylse (2) som holdes sammen av spennskruer (3) eller lignende.
