Description
Anvendelse av en aluminiumlegering som materiale for fremstilling av offsettrykkeplater for rulle-offsettrykking.
Oppfinnelsen vedrører anvendelsen av en aluminiumlegering som materiale for fremstilling av offset-trykkeplater til rulle-of f settrykking .
Det er kjent å anvende materiale på basis av aluminium med et innhold av 99% og mer i offsettrykk, nemlig for innfarvnings-trykk. Herved har det imidlertid fremkommet den ulempe at disse plater ikke er egnet for de såkalte rulle-offsettrykk, da det ved den strekkfasthet av aluminiumblikket som muliggjør den nødvendige "standfasthet" på ca. I6-I8- kp/mm 2består faren for avrivning av meget skarpe innspenningskanter, slik de er nødvendig for den meget kort fattende og skarpe innspenning av rulle-offsetblikk. Spesielt forstyrrende virker det på driftsforløpet med en slik avrivning når den foregår ikke under blikkets avkanting eller under innspenningen, men senere på grunn av fartskrefter, som fremkommer ved trykk-sylinderens høye omkretshastighet.
Oppfinnelsen består i anvendelsen av en aluminiumlegering, bestående av:
resten aluminium,
som materiale for fremstilling av offset-trykkeplater til rulle-of f settrykking .
Platene har følgende egenskaper:
1) en god fasthet, for såvel å kunne lagres stående som også
å sikre at de ved de høye rotasjonshastigheter ikke deformeres blivende, 2) en god smidighet, for at de ved innspenning på trykksylinderen kan påspennes glatte og fullkomne, 3) en god avkantbarhet, for at de ved avkanting med meget skarp-kantede bøyevinkler resp. ved senere, sterkere strekkpåkjenninger ikke revner ved innspennings-endene.
Ved legeringen kan det fåes følgende mekaniske egenskaper :

Til anvendelse spesielt som anodisert offsetplate er
det hensiktsmessig å plettere utgangsmaterialet på kjent måte på begge sider med et 2- 16% tykt sjikt av renaluminium med et aluminium-innhold på 99 - 99, 9%, fortrinnsvis 99,^.

- Anvendelse av en aluminiumlegering, bestående av: 0,8 - 2,5 fortrinnsvis 1,5? magnesium 0,2 - 0,4 fortrinnsvis 0, 3% silisium 0,8 - 1,4 fortrinnsvis 1,1!? mangan 0,05 - 0,3 fortrinnsvis 0,15? kopper 0,2 - 0,6 fortrinnsvis 0,4? jern 0,01 - 0,05 fortrinnsvis 0,03? titan 0,001 - 0,005 fortrinnsvis 0,003? bor 0,01 - 0,2 fortrinnsvis 0,1? sink ogresten aluminium,som materiale for fremstilling av offsettrykkeplater til rulle-of f settrykking .
