Description
Fremgangsmåte til fremstilling av en rengjøringspasta for hendene.
Pastaen er særlig bestemt for fjernelse
av alle slags trykkfarger som anilintrykk-farger og flexographie, oljetrykkfarger til
boktrykk- offsett- litho- og dyptrykk m. m.
I de nyere olj etrykkf arger er det tilsatt
plaststoffer som ikke lar seg løse med såpe
og vann, anilinfargene inneholder etyl-cellulose, flexographie inneholder skjellakk
og plaststoffer som noen av hovedbestand-delene. Foruten til fjernelse av de nevnte
farger i mange varianter skal pastaen også
tjene til fjernelse av tekstiltrykkfarger,
spesielle trykkfarger for plast m. m. som
ikke lar seg fjerne med de vanlige såper og
rengjøringspastaer som er i handelen, ben-sin, petroleum, klorkullvannstoffer og lig-nende.
Ved fremstilling av pastaen blandes 2
kg såpespon (80 pst. fettsyre, høy titer)
med 10 kg denaturert etylalkohol (99,8
pst.), 6 kg dietylen-glykol-monoetyleter-acetat (carbitolacetat), 2 kg dietylen-glykol-monoetyleter (carbitol), 1 kg etylen-glykol-monoetyleter (cellosolve), 2 kg na-triumhydroksyd, 0,25 kg glycerol, 0,25 kg
ricinusolje i en beholder, og blandingen!
varmes opp til 85—90° C. Ved oppvarm- I
ingen flyter oppløsningsmidlene og såpesponet sammen til en ensartet masse som
ved avkjøling blir gelatinøs. Under av-kjølingen tilsettes 12 kg pimpstenspulver
(3/0) eller kvartssand som røres godt ut i
massen.
Angående de oppløsningsmidler som
inngår i pastaen skal bemerkes at de er
alle kjent som sådanne hver for seg, men
ikke i den nevnte kombinasjon som er særlig gunstig for fjernelse av alle slags trykkfarger. Såpesponet blir ikke bare brukt som
rensemiddel, men i like stor grad som for-tyknings- og bindemiddel, således omfor-mer 2 kg såpe 21,5 kg flytende bestanddeler til en pastalignende masse. Etylalkoholen er et godt løsningsmiddel for anilinfarge-stoffer og andre stoffer som nyttes i disse, som garvesyre (tannin), skjellakk, etyl-cellulose og naturlige eller syntetiske harpikser. 'Fordampningstiden for etylalkohol er relativ liten, men dette overvinnes ved tilsetning av de andre løsningsmidler med lengre fodampningstid. Carbitolacetat er et godt løsningsmiddel både for anilinfarger, celluloseestre, harpikser og lakker. Carbitolen har omtrent samme virkning som carbitolacetatet, men mindre fordampningstid og liten hygroskopisitet og løser godt harpikser og tekstilfargestoffer. Cellosolve løser oljer, harpikser, voks, lakker og
nitrocellulose, som er tilstede i oljetrykkfarger, dessuten løser den anilinfarger, virker smørende og har en gunstig høy fordampningstid. Glycerolen virker smørende på huden, har lang fordampningstid og løser visse tjærefargestoffer. Ricinusoljen, som er lett blandbar med alkoholer, inngår som et smøremiddel for å motvirke at huden blir tørr etter vask. Som ikke tør-rende olje blir den tilbake i huden etter at de øvrige stoffer i pastaen er skyllet bort med vann. Pimpstenspulveret tilsettes på grunn av sin kjente slipende virkning, samt av økonomiske grunner. Felles for alle stoffer i blandingen er at de har en svak ikke sjenerende lukt, og enkelte av dem virker også antiseptisk og konserverende. Pastaen nyttes uten vann, som bare brukes ved avskylling som foregår lett, mens ricinusoljen blir tilbake i huden.

- Fremgangsmåte til fremstilling av en pasta for rengjøring av hendene, karakterisert ved at en blander i en beholder 2 kg såpespon, 10 kg denaturert etylalkohol (99,8 pst.), 6 kg dietylen-glykol-monoetyl-eter-acetat (carbitolacetat), 2 kg dietylen-glykol-monoetyleter (carbitol), 1 kg etylen -glykol-monoetyleter (cellosolve), 2 kg na-triumhydroksyd, 0,25 kg glycerol, 0,25 kg ricinusolje og varmer opp blandingen til ca. 85—90° C for å få eri jevn oppløsning av såpesponet, hvorpå massen under av-kjøling tilsettes 12 kg pimpstenspulver eller kvartssand som røres godt ut i den gela-tinøse pasta.
