Description
Brille for anvendelse på sjoen og under fiske.
Den foreliggende oppfinnelse vedrører
en brille for anvendelse på sjøen og under fiske, hvor brillen har en solskjerm som ligger an mot bærerens panne og strekker seg fremover og forbi brilleglassene.
Det er kjent briller med polariserende
glass som skal tjene til å utelukke refleksstråler, som for eksempel refleksstråler fra sjøflaten. Slike brilleglass er som kjent oppbygget av et stort antall enkeltkry-staller som er innleiret i en bæremasse og orientert slik at samtlige krystallakser (symmetriakser) er parallelle .
En ulempe ved slike brilleglass, som
skal utelukke refleksstråler for eksempel fra en sjøflate, er at når sollys faller direkte på slikt glass får man en viss refleks fra visse av enkeltkrystallenes flater og inn i øyet, når sidelys faller på glasset. I praksis vil dette virke som om det trekkes et slør over brilleglassene, det vil si at brilleglasset blir gjennomskinnelig matt
istedenfor gjennomsiktig. Selv om bare en mindre del av glasset rammes av direkte sollys, vil det nevnte slør opptre på glasset, idet det vil virke som om dette slør «trek-ker» seg utover i glasset.
Den nevnte ulempe unngås ifølge oppfinnelsen ved at solskjermens sidefliker,
på sidene av brilleglassene av polariserende materiale som utelukker reflekterte stråler fra stort sett horisontale flater, strekker seg helt ned under brilleglassenes laveste punkter, og at solskjermen foran og bak brilleglassene strekker seg så langt ut fra brilleglassene at brilleglassenes totale flater er fullstendig avskjermet fra direkte innfallende solstråler.
Ytterligere trekk ved fiskerbrillen ifølge oppfinnelsen vil fremgå av den etter-følgende beskrivelse under henvisning til de medfølgende tegninger, hvor: Fig. 1 viser et perspektiv av brilleinn-fatningen. Fig. 2 viser brillearrangementet sett

Fiskerbrillen er, slik som det særlig fremgår av fig. 1, sammensatt av en inn-fatning 10 med et par polariserende brilleglass 11 og en kanalformet solskjerm 12 som omgir innfatningen oventil og langs sidene, samt stenger 13 som er hengsel-forbundet til skjermen 12.
Innfatningen 10 og skjermen 12 er i dette utførelseseksempel fremstillet av samme materiale, nemlig en celluloidkom-posisjon som er vanlig for fremstilling av brilleinnfatninger, slik at de lett lar seg sveise sammen i sikker forbindelse. Inn-fatningens øvre kant 14 og sidekanter 15 slutter seg jevnt inntil skjermen 12 over hele deres lengde, henholdsvis til skjermens øvre, plane midtparti 16 og til skjermens sidefliker 17. Herved oppnår man selv om man anvender en forholdsvis tynnvegget skjerm 12, at skjermen behol-der sin fasong under bruk. For at vakten av skjermen ikke skal sjenere bæreren er det viktig at skjermen er tynnvegget, for-trinsvis med en veggtykkelse på omtrent 1 mm.
Av fig. 2 fremgår det at skjermens midtparti 16 er forlenget forbi brilleinn-fatningen og innad mot bærerens hode og er avsluttet med et avrundet kantparti 18 som er beregnet på å skulle slutte seg så tett til bærerens panne og tinninger som mulig, uten å være til ubehag. På til-svarende måte er sideflikene 17, hvortil stengene 13 er festet, forlenget bakover mot bærerens tinninger. Herved hindrer man at sollyset stråler direkte mot brilleglassenes 11 bakside..
Som det fremgår av fig. 2 og 3 er skjermens midtparti 16 og sidefliker 17 forlenget et godt stykke fremover fra innfatningen 10, slik at brilleglassene 11 av-skjermes for direkte innfallende sollys forfra.
Det vil særlig av fig. 3 fremgå at innfatningen 10 er festet til skjermens midtparti 16 under en vinkel på omtrent 80°, slik at skjermen løper skrått fremover og nedad og slik at skjermens forkant 19 vil rage en del nedad i bærerens synsfelt.
Av fig. 3 fremgår det videre at brille-stengene 13 danner en vinkel på omtrent 82° med innfatningen 10, slik at brilleglassenes brennpunktakse A normalt vil helle skrått nedad.
Claims (1)
- Brille for anvendelse på sjøen og under fiske, hvor brillen har en solskjerm som ligger an mot bærerens panne og strekker seg fremover til og forbi brilleglassene, karakterisert ved at solskjermens (12) sidefliker (17), på sidene av brilleglassene (11) av polariserende materiale som utelukker reflekterte stråler fra stort sett horisontale flater, strekker seg helt ned under brilleglassenes laveste punkter, og at solskjermen (12) foran og bak brilleglassene (11) strekker seg så langt ut fra brilleglassene at brilleglassenes totale flater er fullstendig avskjermet fra direkte innfallende solstråler.
