Description
Høybelastbar kvikksølvdamplampe av lavtrykkstypen, særlig lysrør.
I det norske patent nr. 106 600 beskrives
en kvikksølvdamplampe av lavtrykkstypen,
spesielt et lysrør som i elektrisk henseende
belastes høyere enn hva som er tilfelle med
tilsvarende standardlampe av samme stør-relse og form. For god lysøkonomi er det
da av fundamental betydning at kvikksølv-trykket i lampen kontrollerbart holdes på
avpasset nivå, og dette er gjort mulig ved
en viss utførelse ifølge bl. a. prinsippet for
«den kolde vegg». Ifølge denne utførelse
trees en porøs ring av uorganisk fibermateriale over selve fotrøret for den ene elektrode, idet denne ring har en slik diameter
at den tangerer lampekolbens innervegg,
og helt eller i det vesentlige fyller ut rom-met bak nevnte elektrode.
Ved den nevnte anordning fåes en sær-deles god styring av kvikksølvdampens
trykkforhold i lysrøret under drift. En
ulempe har det imidlertid vært sett ut fra
lysstrålingssynspunkt at det fåes en mør-kere sone ved elektroden, som forekommer
ved ringen, idet lyspulversjiktet omkring
denne bare i begrenset utstrekning blir ut-satt for eksiterende ultrafiolett stråling,
hvilket bevirker redusert emisjon av synlig
lys.
Foreliggende oppfinnelse har til hen-sikt å eliminere denne mangel, og over-raskende nok har det vist seg at i en viss
utstrekning kan et mellomrom mellom
lysrørets innervegg og fiberskiven tillates
uten skade for trykkreguleringen av kvikk-sølvdampen. Det har vist seg at skiven som
tangerer fotskiverøret og fortrinnsvis bare
det avsmalnende parti av lampekolbens
innervegg, med fordel kan ha den øvre flate
utformet som ytterkonturen av en avkortet kegle med svakt konisk mantelflate
(spiss toppvinkel), og i den smaleste del
fortrinnsvis bør utformes med en diameter ikke under % av lysrørkolbens normale
indre diameter. Ved forekomsten av dette
mellomrom blir det omkringsliggende lys-pulversjikt bedre istand til å absorbere og
transformere UV-stråling til synlig lys, og
den mørke sone omkring elektroden blir
mindre synlig.
Claims (2)
1. Modifikasjon av elektrisk høybe-lastbar kvikksølvdamputladningslampe av
lavtrykkstypen, spesielt lysrør, som an-gitt i patent nr. 106 600, karakterisert ved at den over elektrodens fotrør på-tredde ring av uorganisk fibermateriale tangerer fotrøret og fortrinnsvis bare det avsmalnende parti av lampekolbens innervegg, men forøvrig lar det bli et fritt mellomrom mellom den lysstoffbelagte kolbes innervegg og nevnte fiberring.
2. Elektrisk lampe ifølge påstand 1, karakterisert ved at fiberringen har konturform av en avkortet kegle, og a ringens smaleste diameter ikke er under % av lysrørkolbens normale indre diameter.
