Description
4nordning ved fjærspor for stempler.
Oppfinnelsen angår en anordning ved
fjærspor for stempler, hvor sporene er anordnet i avtappede, løse ringer som holdes
fast utenpå stemplet.
Anordningen ifølge oppfinnelsen ka-rakteriseres ved at radialflatene på disse
ringer er skrårettet for å danne i og for
seg kjente skråspor for skrårettede stempelringer.
Hensikten med anordningen etter oppfinnelsen er vesentlig at det når radialflatene på ringene er skrårettet blir det
lettere å anbringe de skrårettede fjærer
på stemplet når fjærsporene er anordnet i
avtappede løse ringer utenpå stemplet.
På tegningen er vist et utførelsesek-sempel av anordningen, idet tegningen,
sett . fra siden og delvis i snitt viser et
stempel med skrårettede fjærspor og etpar
vindnger av fjærene inntegnet.
Fjærsporene 6 er uttatt i løse ringer 1
som er avtrappet slik at stempelfjæren 5
kan tres direkte inn i sporene 6. Flere ringer 1 er satt sammen og plasert i et peri-fert uttak 2 i stemplets omkrets og holdes
fastklemt ved hjelp av skruebolter 3. Fjær-sporenes radialflater 8 er ifølge oppfinnelsen skrårettet for å danne skråspor for
skrårettede ringer 5 av stempelfjæren.
Skråvinkelen kan varieres. Anordningen
vil på kjent måte minske friksjonen ved at
gasstrykket ved skråstillede fjærvindinger vil presse fjæren mere eller mindre fast i sporet og ved stemplets press nedad vil eli-minere det trykk som oppstår.
Men i tillegg hertil vil de skråstillede spor i løse stempelringer gjøre det lettere å anbringe stempelfjæren i sporene.
Dessuten vil anordningen ha den for-del at fjæren vil kunne tolerere en større slitasje før den må skiftes.
For å unngå ulemper ved varmeutvi-delse anordnes en viss klaring mellom fjærspor-ringene og uttaket 6, avpasset etter materialet som er anvendt og dia-meteren.
Claims (1)
- Anordning ved fjærspor for stempler, hvor sporene er anordnet i avtrappede løse ringer som holdes fast utenpå stemplet, karakterisert ved at radialflatene (8) på disse ringer (1) er skrårettet for å danne i og for seg kjente skråspor (6) for skrårettede stempelringer (stempelfjæ-rer 5).
