Abstract

En fremgangsmåte for fremstilling av findisperse eksplosiv- stoffer ved omkrystallisering av eksplosivstoffet i et løsningsmiddel og etterfølgende fjerning av løsningsmiddelet utmerker seg ved at eksplosivstoffet løses i minst ett overkritisk fluid og den overkritiske løsning ekspanderes trykkstetaktig under overføring av løsningsmiddelet i en underkritisk tilstand og under dannelse av fine eksplosivstoffpartikler. For den trykkstøtaktige ekspansjon av løsningen anvendes foretrukket dyser, særlig dyser med diametere som varierer langs deres lengde, som lavaldyser.- -¿- Med fremgangsmåten ifølge oppfinnelsen erholdes fine eksploaivstoffpartikler med definert midlere partikkel- størrelse, snever partikkelstørrelsesfordeling og følgelig høy bulkdensitet.
