Abstract

Oppfinnelsen angår et rengjøringssystem omfattende en sprøyteanordning som blir matet med en rensevæske under trykk og som er anordnet langs en flasketransportanordning (12). Rengjøringssystemet har flere munnstykker eller dyser (2, 3) som befinner seg både over og på begge sider av flasketoppene (14) på et munnstykke eller dyserør (1), og rensevæske blir rettet mot skruegjengen (15) og kragen (16) til flasketoppen (14) ved hjelp av disse dysene. Oppfinnelsen angår også en fremgangsmåte for forvasking av fiasketopper (14). I henhold til fremgangsmåten blir en forvaskevæske sprøytet mot flaskehodet (14), innbefattende skruegjengen (15) og kragen (16), så nært bak avskruingsanordningen (10) som mulig. Dette finner sted når en optisk sensor (11) detekterer en forurensning på flasketoppen (14) og ved hjelp av dysene til en sprøyteanordning som er posisjonert vekslende vertikalt (2) og sideveis (3).
