Foreliggende opp- finnelse omfatter også antistoffer mot zsig45-polypeptidene.The present invention relates to polynucleotide and polypeptide molecules for zsig45, a novel human protein that is strongly expressed in thyroid gland and pituitary gland. The polypeptides and polynucleotides encoding them can be used to detect human disease and chromosome abnormalities and as a therapeutic agent. The present invention also encompasses antibodies to the zsig45 polypeptides.
