Abstract

Pulverformige varmherdende beleggingsblandinger omfattende (a) en amorf polyester som inneholder karboksylgrupper, og som er rik på isoftalsyre og neo- pentylglykol, eventuelt forgrenet med en poly- karboksylsyre eller en polyol som inneholder minst tre funksjonelle grupper, (b) en semikrystallinsk polyester som inneholder karboksylgrupper, fremstilt av en eller flere mettede alifatiske dikarboksylsyrer med lineær kjede og av en mettet alifatisk diol med lineær eller syklisk kjede, eventuelt forgrenet med en poly- karboksylsyre eller med en polyol som inneholder minst tre funksjonelle grupper, og som har et smeltepunkt (Tm) på minst 40 °C og et syretall på 5-50 mg KOH/g, og (c) et tverrbindingsmiddel. Blandingene er anvendelige til fremstilling av pulvermalinger og -lakker som gir høykvalitetsbelegg hvor glansen, målt ved vinkel 60° ifølge ASTM D 523, alltid er mindre enn 50%, dvs. halvglans-belegg eller matte belegg.
